Please note that all sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Shipping is included in the price of our products—what you see is what you pay! There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.

When will I get my order?
Getting your order out is our top priority! Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are made in our warehouse located in Traverse City, Michigan. It's where we dehydrate, package, and prepare everything with care before it reaches your shelves or doorstep.
Where do you get your apples from?
We source our apples from local orchards right here in Michigan. Supporting local growers allows us to use the freshest apples possible while keeping our ingredients close to home.
